Resolution – 20210806_1 – Resolved that Giridhari prabhu having DIN be added as second director VCO for registration. After other board members join, Giridhari prabhu would submit his resignation.
Resolution – 20210806_2 – Resolved that name Varnasrama College Online Foundation would be changed to Varnasrama College Foundation (VCF) subject to availability of the name.
Resolution – 20210730 – (edited) A subcommittee formed as “VCO Mayapur Land Steering Committee” to find land that would serve as VCO Global Headquarters in Mayapur. Committee members are BRS, DMD, VRD and RRD.
Resolution – 20210723 – Resolved that,
1. Each teacher selects a particular “faculty” at the time of registration as teacher. This would be their main expertise. This way each faculty director would have a team of teachers. This would however not limit teachers from conducting courses with other faculty.
2. Faculty directors communicate regularly with teachers who are within their faculty, to inspire them, discuss any problem and keep track of courses conducted by them.
3. Along with teacher of a course, faculty director would also be responsible for that course. So it would be responsibility of Faculty directors also that the course in their faculty is conducted smoothly and regularly.

Resolution – 20210625_2 – Resolved that program leaders of different faculty present a plan to EC on how they are going to develop the varna's education. Which shastra/ books need to be taught. What occupation training needs to be given? What departments are needed under each varna. What research work is needed for such training? Who can we partner with to provide such training?

Resolution – 20210625_4 – Resolved that VCO would start recorded courses. Student can enroll to those courses, watch videos at their convenient time and give tests. He can give dakshina to teacher and if teacher feels student is qualified he can award him certificate. There be separate link under courses -> online course, recorded course.
Resolution – 20210618_1 – Resolved that HH Bhakti Raghava Swami would be the Program leader for faculty of Education replacing HG Bharat Chandra Das. He would also be Principal of VCO.

Resolution – 20210611_1 – Resolved that present steering committee becomes Board of Director. EC is under Board of Director and under EC are 3 main departments – Faculty, Administration and Marketing.
Resolution – 20210611_2 – Resolved that HG Visnurata Das becomes program leader for faculty of philosophy replacing HG Venugopal Das and HG Rajaram das becomes program leader for faculty of politics replacing HG Mahavirya dasa.
